Tropical Spinach Wraps

Last night I roasted some local purple sweet potatoes, onion, and garlic in olive oil, with fresh rosemary and oregano from the garden, and made a pot of turmeric brown rice. For lunch today I harvested some bele leaves (tropical spinach) and made wraps with the rice, potatoes, and some kraut. Too good!DSC_0001DSC_0012DSC_0017
